Consultant - Integration and Separation (M&A)

As a Consultant in the Deal Advisory Integration & Separation team, you will support project office activities and work with cross-functional teams on integration and separation projects. Responsibilities include managing multiple initiatives within the M&A life cycle, developing financial models, and assisting in proposal preparation. Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel is required.
