Assistant Manager - Rural Term Loan - HTS

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing IBA identification and deliverables, ensuring communication with IBAs on disbursement and earnings, and driving business generation. The role requires understanding of CRM and lending systems, along with excellent data analysis skills. Prior experience in a sales role in retail lending is preferred.
