Job Description
As a Manager in the Organisation Transformation Team, you will build relationships with clients, drive change management strategies, and mentor team members. You will be responsible for business development, client delivery, and thought leadership in change management. The role requires managing large accounts and ensuring delivery excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s /Post Graduation Diploma / Master’s Degree in Business, Economics, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology, Hard science or other relevant field. Relevant work experience of 7-10 years or more in Transformational Change/ Cultural Change/ ERP implementation.
