Job Description
As a Senior Consultant – Agile Delivery / Scrum Master, you will lead Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions by facilitating Scrum ceremonies and removing impediments. You will coach teams on Agile principles and collaborate with Product Owners to maintain product backlogs. The role involves driving Agile adoption and maturity across teams and engaging with clients for Agile transformation needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master. Certified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM) and/or Agile certifications such as SAFe Agilist.
