Job Description
As a TC01 CCO CBP Screening at Barclays, you will design and develop the bank's internal controls framework, ensuring it aligns with the bank's strategy and risk appetite. You will identify emerging risks, communicate the control framework's importance, and support its implementation across the organization. Strong stakeholder management and experience in financial crime regulations are essential.
Qualifications
Experience in an assurance, risk or control function, or Wholesale Client Onboarding/Refresh/Financial Crime. Working knowledge of Operational Risk & Controls.
