Job Description
As a Senior Associate in Client Services, you will be the primary account manager for clients, overseeing their accounts and addressing issues related to financing, margin, trade clearing, and settlement. You will communicate with clients to resolve inquiries and perform root cause analysis to enhance service efficiency. Strong relationship management skills and a deep understanding of capital markets are essential.
Qualifications
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in an Investment Bank or Custodian Bank with focus on capital markets and proficiency in financial products. Chartered Accountant or M.B.A. from reputed Institutes.
