Job Description
As a Branch Payment Ops Team Member, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of various payment transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. You will handle customer inquiries, monitor payment exceptions, and assist in account reconciliation while maintaining security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a payment operations or banking environment.
