Job Description
Responsible for managing end-to-end campus recruitment processes across multiple Business Units. Develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage relationships with universities, and ensure compliance with hiring requirements. Lead a team to deliver on operational KPIs and enhance candidate experience.
Qualifications
Post Graduate degree in Human Resources with 10 to 14 years of hands-on experience in Campus recruitment and large-scale hiring.
