As an Associate Manager in AI Due Diligence, you will evaluate AI capabilities and technology platforms during M&A transactions. Your role includes conducting assessments of AI maturity, technology architecture, and integration readiness, while delivering actionable insights for clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape investment decisions and drive value creation.
Qualifications
MBA or an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. 5–8 years of experience in AI due diligence, technology platform assessments, product due diligence, or M&A technology consulting.
