Job Description
Lead EY’s onsite IT and service desk operations across the GDS region, ensuring exceptional end-user experience and operational stability. Manage a team of over 200 engineers, ensuring SLA compliance and performance metrics are met. Develop and execute GDS-specific IT strategies aligned with global standards.
Qualifications
15+ years in IT infrastructure/service delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing multi-site operations. Certifications: ITIL Expert, PMP/Six Sigma preferred.
