Job Description
Support daily operations for Windows environments, including hardware, software, Autopilot, Intune, M365, and mobility. Collaborate with the Security team to ensure compliance with security policies and standards. Analyze metrics, logs, and system alarms for troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent area of study.
