Job Description
As a Senior Associate in Client Service, you will act as the primary contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely responses and adherence to service levels. You will be responsible for meeting productivity targets and escalating issues as necessary. A strong understanding of BNY standards and the Global Payments & Trade product suite is essential.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Banking/Financial preferred; 3-7 years of work experience in operational area and/or client services desirable.
