Job Description
The role involves end-to-end capacity and resource planning for the global Candidate Services organization. The candidate will work on diverse projects, collaborate across teams, and create optimal capacity plans while managing trade-offs between candidate experience and cost effectiveness. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics tools are preferred.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience; 5+ years of experience in capacity planning / workforce management / quantitative research or analysis.
