As an HR Associate Partner, you will support HR operations at the Fulfillment Center, acting as the first point of contact for employee support and case resolution. Your responsibilities include managing staff lifecycle processes, overseeing time and attendance, and implementing engagement initiatives. You will also assist in HR metrics and analytics, diversity and inclusion programs, and talent development.
